Trump Is Using an Executive Order to Move Alabama to the East Coast
Today, Trump has gone further than drawing circles on a weather map. He has moved Alabama to the East coast, replacing North Carolina with the state of Alabama.
North Carolinians are pleased that they will now avoid being flooded and they are happy that Alabama will finally get a piece of Tropical Storm Dorian. They are not happy about losing so much of their coastline nor being moved closer to Florida, but they are glad to be closer to the best beaches in Florida.
On the other hand, Alabamians are outraged at the unprecedented resetting of the map of the United States. They had planned to stage a statewide demonstration against Trump’s move of their state, but it is now mostly flooded. A backup planned boat demonstration is in the works.
