If you haven’t heard of Slow TV, then you are missing a treat. What is slow tv, you might ask. It originated in the laid-back country of Norway.

If you don’t know a lot about Norway, then I suggest you watch the Netflix show Lilyhammer which is about a New York gangster in Norway. This is a good primer to understand that country.

Well, here’s what slow tv is. It is nearly 10 hours of watching the video from a camera attached to a train or watching people knitting or shearing sheep. Sound boring? It isn’t. Want to see some?

I have an idea for some slow tv shows filmed in America.

My first suggestion came from a friend who said she could watch endless hours of video of a cat café. If you’ve been deprived of the knowledge about what a cat café is, then watch this: What’s a Cat Cafe?

This idea is my own: endless hours of watching toddlers in daycare. Imagine the drama! Little Jason takes Little Emily’s toy and then Little Emily stalks Little Jason and smacks him over the head with another toy…
